I believe the best approach to treatment is to balance both insight and behavioral changes, this mean not only helping you find the sources of issues, but also to give you tools to enact change in your present life. I use a combination of EFT and Gottman Method for couples.
I try to be as flexible as possible in accommodating the needs of clients by offering appointments during evening hours, on weekends. Appointments can also be booked online through the practice website.

Couple Communication Workshop 4/27/2019
Couples Communication Workshop: Saturday April 27th, 1:00-5:00PM, $200 per Couple. This is a hands-on half day workshop that combines learning new skills for effective communication and conflict management with the experiential practice of one-to-one guidance from a licensed couples therapist.
