We can all feel "stuck" sometimes in life. It may be a result of unresolved experiences from your past or present challenges that create road blocks. I believe therapy can help you explore these issues in a safe, nonjudgemental environment where your own voice can be heard and understood. You can learn more meaningful ways of living, build coping skills, and make choices that will move you forward towards lifelong changes. As a therapist, I know it is important to see each client as an individual. Treatment is individualized and "one size does not fit all".
We will work together to identify your needs and desired goals. I incorporate relaxation and meditation techniques into sessions if desired by the client. I am also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor which allows me to treat not only the addiction but the underlying issues related to the addiction.
