Chandra Campana, LPC has over 20 years of experience treating various populations. Chandra began her practice working with children, adults and families in hospitals, schools and outpatient settings. Chandra’s focus, in recent years, became more specialized towards working with adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, and perinatal mood disorders. Chandra’s therapeutic approach combines CBT, psychotherapy, family systems and somatic experiencing techniques in collaboration with a client's needs, lending to an integrative approach.
Chandra's primary goal as a therapist is to create a safe place for clients, to allow room for increased processing and growth. Her holistic approach increases insight and processing in adults experiencing anxiety, depression, transitions, and cPTSD, in addition to building skills to address behaviors that may be impeding change.
Chandra trained and worked at The Postpartum Stress Center for 6 years. She has extensive experience working with families around issues of transition to parenthood, as well as parenting, postpartum depression, anxiety/OCD. Chandra continues to work as a IBCLC at Pennsylvania Hospital, with a passion for helping woman during this vulnerable period.
