Making healthy choices in life can be difficult when experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, job stressors, and other debilitating challenges. I help people make sense of their experience and navigate through their struggles to achieve a greater sense of purpose, freedom, flexibility, and choice in their lives. My approach is based on understanding people as complex individuals and not just in terms of their symptoms and behaviors. My areas of clinical expertise include: depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, and difficult life transitions.
Additionally, I have extensive training and experience in psychological assessment that encompasses the use of psychological tests and measures, along with an in-depth interview, to help clients answer significant questions they have about themselves.
While I have extensive training in psychodynamic and cognitive behavior therapy, my treatment approach is guided by what is the most effective treatment for each individual.
