Welcome to RHS, I hold a Master of Social Work Degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Currently specializing in Sex and Relationship Therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Family systems therapy, and a wide variety of mindfulness-based holistic clinical approaches. I am currently being supervised by Dr. Tony Reigle, PhD, LPC and Dr. Estefanía Simich Muñoz, PhD, LCPC, CST, CST-S, Patricia Rich LCSW, CST-S, CST. I work with women, men, 2SLGBTQ+, survivors of abuse, folks with HIV/AIDS, in the Kink/BDSM lifestyle, folks struggling with sexual function issues, and those in relationships struggling to build intimacy.

I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, OCD, and challenges associated with life transitions. I also work closely with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. I enjoy helping others find compassion and acceptance for themselves. This is the foundation of positive change. I love to see my clients discover and learn to empower themselves to be exactly who they are and to live the life they want for themselves. Sometimes feeling overwhelmed by certain emotions, stressful life events, or self-doubt can make it difficult to identify and utilize your strengths, to feel good about yourself, and to make the changes you want. I work with my clients to help them use the strengths they already have as well as to learn new skills to help them remember just how capable they are and to further empower them to work towards the change they want.

At the moment I am working with various IFS trainings, will be more available in July 2024. Creating space, occupying it- physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. My practice is grounded in values within transfeminism, abolition and decolonization. It's important for me to hold space for and bear witness to you exploring your own experiences. Martine Saul is a licensed professional counselor with a B.A. in Psychology from Point Park University and a M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University. Her graduate field placements all took place within hospice and palliative care facilities, and she therefore, has experience and interest working with hospice patients as well doing bereavement, grief and loss counseling with those patients and their loved ones. Martine currently works full-time as a therapist in Private Practice. She has earned her certificate in Gerontology from the University of Pittsburgh. She is also trained in EMDR for trauma-informed care.

Hello! I am currently a graduate student working towards becoming a licensed professional therapist (LPC), and will be graduating in May 2024.
