Teens, young adults, and families face challenges and hardships that may feel insurmountable. I partner with adolescents and parents of teens and young adults to process experiences, examine thoughts, and explore feelings to gain insight into how the present moment of stagnation or crisis came to be. Foreground and background shift as our work deepens and more fulfilling trajectories become visible and attainable.
