I have specialized in helping adolescents and young adults for 30 years. I have a unique understanding of the challenges that they are trying to navigate. From social media, developing healthy relationships with friends and family making choices about their next steps in life and helping them to gain a stronger sense of self. This is a personal journey, one that I am honored to be a part of. Together we will identify the challenges that are interfering with their quality of life, then we will develop an individualized plan to move forward. I invite you to come in, have a seat, take a breath and your first step forward.

While working together they will begin to gain a better understanding of who they are and will be able to navigate their struggles and pain with relationships, communication, social media and finding their voice. My coaching will help them find their power and true sense of self. I also help coach parents so they can be a part of this healing journey.

I see myself as a flashlight holder, shining light into the dark places and walking through it together. I want to help you understand who you are and begin to grow into who you want to be. Life can be overwhelming but you don’t have to do it alone. We will find your path together.
