I am an experienced psychologist who helps adolescents and adults overcome a variety of mental health and life challenges. I specialize in adolescent and adult survivors of abuse and trauma. This includes childhood abuse, sexual abuse/assault, complex PTSD, and medical trauma. Another specialty of mine is chronic pain and illness, including syndromes that are difficult to diagnose and treat. I also particularly enjoy working with folks in the LGBTQ+ community. Lastly, I provide psychological assessment for ADHD in adults, as well as IQ and personality/diagnostic testing.

From an early age, I knew I wanted to be a therapist growing up with an emotionally immature mother who struggled with addiction. I learned to distinguish between her issues and my own, but despite this awareness, I couldn't escape internalizing her insecurities. In my early teens, I went to my first therapist for depression. I will always remember the jar of cheerios on his desk labeled “Bagel Seeds!” Therapy helped me navigate various situations such as coming out and the sudden loss of my father.
