Ethical and competent care is available in the safety of your home using video telehealth and is my priority as we establish our counseling relationship.
If you are experiencing grief, I will navigate you through the stages and help you to fully engage in the process so that you can experience peaceful healing. In addressing anxiety, depression, and OCD, I use CBT techniques to help you identify destructive thinking patterns and provide tools to produce more healthy outcomes. I also offer ERP treatment.
My professional background includes over 15 years of experience collectively in the business and education sectors prior to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. My worldview is grounded in Biblical principles. When appropriate, I use scripture as part of the treatment process.
