Maturity, experience and formal education in counseling is what you can expect when choosing my services. My experience is extensive and involves, adults and couples who want to feel better and more in control. I also provide clinical supervision for those clinicians seeking licensure.
Most of my present work is with anxiety and depression. Trauma is another area that is often the thread with anxiety and depression. Though various methods, we would explore coping mechanisms and other ways to begin to feel better. I use EMDR imagery for relaxation with the assistance of a "Thera-Tapper."
I can provide services in my office, via zoom, via telephone or in a client's home (upon professional referral).
