You're filled with doom about the plight of the world and you're not even sure if there's a point in trying anymore. I specialize in working with individuals who are depressed, self-harming or having thoughts of suicide. I'll help you balance your mood, increase your self-worth and improve your relationships so that you can actually enjoy life again rather than trying to escape it.
I'm trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I work with trauma survivors and those who have gone through their whole lives feeling unseen, invalidated and unworthy of love.
