Each person, couple and family is unique. Because my background includes a range of approaches from psychodynamic, to family systems, Gestalt, and psychodrama, it is possible for me to choose an approach that will be best suited to each person and situation.
I am a trauma-informed therapist, who understands that traumatic memory lives in the body. I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Somatic Experience, approaches which integrate mindful awareness of somatic experience into talk-therapy. Through this wholistic, mind-body approach, you can experience deeper healing and more aliveness.
