With over 30 years experience, I use a safe, supportive, compassionate & nonjudgmental approach. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based practices: Acceptance & Commitment Therapy; Motivational Interviewing; Problem-Solving Therapy; Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy; Psychodynamic and Supportive Therapy; and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
