Martine Saul is a licensed professional counselor with a B.A. in Psychology from Point Park University and a M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University. Her graduate field placements all took place within hospice and palliative care facilities, and she therefore, has experience and interest working with hospice patients as well doing bereavement, grief and loss counseling with those patients and their loved ones. Martine currently works full-time as a therapist in Private Practice. She has earned her certificate in Gerontology from the University of Pittsburgh. She is also trained in EMDR for trauma-informed care.
Martine is interested in working with people of all ages, including older adults with a range of mental and physical disabilities, as she worked with an adult day program, planning and executing daily activities that engaged all participants. She also worked as an OP therapist. Martine also co-facilitates a grief group in Pittsburgh.
Martine's goal for therapy with clients is to allow clients to guide the process as they are comfortable doing so and to provide input when needed. Martine wants to help people through life's transitions, hardships, and successes along the way. Martine can assist you in navigating grief and traumatic experiences in a safe enough and calm space.

Online Grief & Loss Evening Group
*When reaching out, please make sure to mention the type of loss you're experiencing in order to make sure this group will be a good fit. This group occurs once a month on the second Monday of each month. It is open to anyone who is suffering from grief, loss, and bereavement, and it is free of charge. This group meets from 7pm-8:30pm and is currently meeting via zoom only at this time due to COVID-19.
