I have experience working with children, adolescents, teenagers, young adults, and older adults with various mental health diagnoses. Areas of focus have included: depression, anxiety, grief, gender dysphoria, stress, trauma, DID, substance use, bipolar, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and ADHD. I also affirm LGBTQ and have had experience working with LGBTQ clients.

Every interaction in our lives is part of constructing our story. They may be built through family, relationships, work, marginalization, media, or society. Sometimes, these stories burden us - they tell us we are worthless, hopeless, or stuck. Perhaps they cause us depression, anxiety, other mental health issues, or sexual dysfunction. My therapeutic process is focused on learning your story holistically so we can integrate your unique strengths and challenges into treatment. I have particular training in sex therapy and LGBTQ+ clients.
