We start with a free 15 minute consultation providing an outline of your concerns in real time. We then complete a bio-psycho-spiritual-social to help us move through a framework of your life forming a deeper understanding of your overall construct. We then incorporate both CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) to treat post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, self-esteem, substance use, adolescent challenges and life transitions.
