I practice psychoanalysis, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy. I am also certified in EMDR, an approach to therapy that addresses certain intense traumas. Finally, I am experienced in helping people to find and develop their creativity.
When I began my own therapy, I didn't at first appreciate how a trained professional could get to know me--my strengths and my difficulties--and work with me in a non-judgmental way to help me feel better and grow.
