Are you ready to feel more in charge of your life? Ready to feel more empowered and aware, rather than having your fears and behaviors control you? We can work together towards creating the changes you have been wanting to make. I have developed a group practice, Present Moment Psychotherapy and Coaching that is devoted to helping people transform their lives by uncovering their inner resources and bring this power to their every day lives through the present moment.
When helping others, our focus has turned to regulating our nervous system through an integration of therapeutic modalities, in addition to mindfulness. Through psychotherapy, coaching, mindfulness and body-based creative practices, we have seen our clients have breakthroughs since 2010.
We offer transformative workshops in NY & LA in addition to training in creative, somatic parts-work for healers and clinicians. Go to www.presentmomentpsychotherapy.com for more information. Consultation work, supervision and presentations available upon For a free consultation call 917-362-9770
