I approach therapy as a collaborative, empowering process. Through our work, we will address your needs and goals and find techniques to help relieve your symptoms as quickly and effectively as possible.
My previous ten years of clinical experience in various settings, including clinics, schools and hospital settings, has allowed me to gain experience working with clients facing a variety of stressors and mental health issues. I feel confident in my ability to aid you in achieving improved functioning through collaborative therapy work.
I offer individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions. I don't accept insurance, but I work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. To see if you qualify for reimbursement, please contact me by phone or through my website.

Does your son have difficulty expressing himself, playing with others, or interacting with classmates? This group focuses on helping young boys establish a strong foundation of basic social skills to improve group members' peer interactions and, as a result, their self-esteem. This weekly, hour-long group will focus on effective communication, frustration tolerance, respecting boundaries, friend making, and teamwork.

The pre-teen years can be an especially difficult time for young girls as they undergo many changes. By processing their feelings as a group, girls can successfully move through this stage of life and become strong, self-aware young women. This weekly, hour-long group will focus on the development of improved problem solving skills, positive coping mechanisms, effective communication, identifying strengths, and improved self-esteem.
