I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (NY 009187). I provide individual psychotherapy for adults and family based therapy for adolescents. My therapeutic approach is growth oriented and evidence-based. I integrate best practice interventions from contemporary psychodynamic, family systems and skills based therapies. I completed my postgraduate hours for licensure at a community mental health clinic in the Mohawk Valley, where I treated families impacted by addiction and adult survivors of complex trauma.
