I have a love for helping others and use a variety of therapeutic modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR).
