I have over 25 years experience in the field of mental health. My experience is with those challenged by depression, anxiety, drugs/alcohol and attention-deficit. I am a Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider. Telepsychiatry allows flexibility with scheduling and therapy consistency. I can assist you to use your computer/laptop/phone for sessions.
Everyone can benefit from psychotherapy, but I don't feel every therapist is a fit for every client. If we don't fit, I will help you find another therapist.
