Dr. Albert uses a strengths-based approach in unearthing patterns that undermine personal and professional growth.

Rachel’s approach is highly personalized for each client. She provides a warm and nonjudgmental environment to foster strong therapeutic relationships with an emphasis on trust and acceptance. Rachel’s primary focus is on existential issues, engulfed in the psychodynamic approach using a toolbox of CBT skills.
