Sinai associated mental health services practice created in 2007 to meet the emotional needs of adults, children, adolescents, and families in Orange County and the lower Hudson Valley. I am presently accepting new clients for Parent Coaching only. I presently offer Attachment Parenting Coaching for individuals, couples, and ex's who are co-parenting in separate households. I also work with parents of estranged teenage and adult children to help them negotiate the distance in the relationship in ways that promote healing. My approach to working with parents is supportive, nonjudgmental, and includes hands on attachment based parenting strategies. Attachment Parenting creates structure and trust while bringing the child closer to the parent in an age appropriate way. All my therapy and coaching is offered online.
