Over 15 years of experience in mental health as a Social Worker, I've had the privilege of journeying alongside adolescents, children, and adults through their mental health challenges in various settings such as hospitals, out-of-home placements, and working in community-based settings. My approach is deeply rooted in compassion and understanding, focusing on nurturing each individual's strengths and honoring their autonomy in crafting their path toward healing. I recognize that every person's journey is unique, and I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where clients feel heard, respected, and valued for who they are.

My goal is to support clients on their journey to fulfillment in all areas of their lives. I aim to provide a safe, nurturing environment where clients can gain insight into their emotional lives and behaviors and equip them with tools to form healthy relationships. After a rewarding and diverse career as an economist, I decided to follow my true calling to become a psychotherapist.
