It means that my therapeutic approach is to help you embrace your differences while still trying to navigate a neurotypical world and expectations. Usually, the clients I see in my practice are adults who have trouble navigating life transitions and are usually on the spectrum of ADHD, Autism, OCD, Anxiety, and/or Depression. I'm a trans, queer, Mexican-American therapist who works from an attuned, responsive, and relationship oriented approach.
