I don't accept insurance but am able to keep costs down by only making home-visits, meeting off-site, and over Skype. This will maintain maximum privacy, giving assistance to people who otherwise might not be able to access mental health services. Our home-based sessions can also eliminate barriers for families who don't have good child care options or who have trouble securing rides to the clinic. My practice is cognitive-educational and solution-focused. We will process your understanding of the situation you are in and develop a strategic plan of action.
I have been helping people figure out how to best deal with their problems for thirty-five years. I can help you through a crisis, develop a plan either to avoid or to get over one that has already occurred and be there to help push you forward toward action.
