I am a NY and NJ licensed psychologist with 15+ years of clinical experience in treating adults of all ages and adolescents (14 years old and up) struggling with various emotional difficulties. I am particularly interested and experienced in working with: ANXIETY (generalized anxiety, separation anxiety), DEPRESSION, PERINATAL MOOD DISORDERS (Post-Partum Depression, Loss and Grief, Infertility), INTERPERSONAL DIFFICULTIES (peers, co-workers, family), STRESS MANAGEMENT, SELF-ESTEEM & MOOD REGULATION ISSUES, and TRAUMA (early childhood relational, sexual abuse, social trauma).

I have served as a faculty member at Teachers College, Columbia University, Adelphi University and New York University. I am dedicated to training the next generation of psychologists and counselors as well as continually learning and improving my skills.
