My approach to therapy considers that the mind and body are integral parts of a whole being. Achieving balance between these parts is an important component of the healing process and my goal is to help clients achieve this stability. Anxiety and depression can be unbearable and sometimes immobilizing; relationship problems can weaken our capacity for experiencing happiness; death, divorce and trauma can leave us hopeless and empty.
