I use Motivational Interviewing (MI) to assist with better understanding your goals to ensure that you are working toward the goals that you value. I utilize other evidenced based practices including CBT, REBT, Imago theory & mindfulness. I am an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) and supervise clinicians pursuing their LPC or LCADC.
