As a result, we often get trapped in a vicious cycle of repeating the familiar and getting the same outcome. Achieving positive change requires us to take an unfamiliar path. As your therapist, I provide you with an empathetic and nonjudgmental environment by actively listening, understanding and assisting you in achieving self-actualization.
As a dual licensed professional, I enjoy utilizing an eclectic approach to personalize your needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (concrete behavior thought connections that are mutable through practice). , Rational Emotive Therapy (exploring and identifying emotional difficulties through emotive and behavioral methods).
