I am a depression and anxiety therapist in New Jersey. Footprints was started by a therapist who realized that often times the services provided to low socio-economic communities is lacking quality care. We noticed these communities were confronted with long wait times, disrespectful admins, and subpar treatment. The one and only purpose was to exploit the community for profit without providing the level of care deserved. Footprints began from the inspiration to provide quality mental health care to the poorest of communities and treating the clients of this community the same way a rich patient would be treated in a clinic treating affluent clients.

Each of us is a truly original, unrepeatable, irreplaceable, unique, sacred, precious, creative, talented and healthy self that through a process of nature and nurture spends each moment of time evolving and expressing ourselves through love, compassion, caring, empathy and other virtuous relationships. Therapy is also our newest and oldest path of protecting, nurturing, supporting and upholding all that is virtuous, positive, meritorious, innocent, ethical, benevolent and philanthropic in ourselves while learning to handle, manage, cope, organize, and select our purpose, meaning and priorities in life.
