I am a multilingual and bicultural clinical social worker with 10+ years' experience in supporting individuals from a diverse background. Dr. Tello specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults. I specialize in working with clients with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, OCD, trauma, and separation or divorce challenges.
I utilize mindfulness, solution-focused, trauma-informed, client-centered, and cognitive-behavioral therapeutic interventions to provide individual and family therapy. I also completed the Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) and the certificate in Clinical Supervision. I provide individual supervision to LACs, LAMFTs, LSWs seeking supervision.
