Perhaps you have had a childhood that was traumatic or troubled and you haven't felt like you resolved it or thought you had but something from the past gets in the way. When talking with friends and family doesn't seem to be enough - or you're not comfortable confiding in them, this is often the time to seek help from a professional who cares and understands.
I provide psychotherapy for those who are suffering from Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Relational Conflict, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and life challenges such as death, divorce and stress at home or in the workplace. My approach is psychodynamic and includes, but is not limited to, Cognitive/Behavioral, Insight Oriented Treatment and Hypnotherapy.
As an adjunct to talk therapy I use Hypnotherapy for sufferers of PTSD or Acute Stress Disorder; e.g., anxiety, phobias, flashbacks, panic attacks, nightmares, intrusive thoughts - from past or recent traumatic events. Examples include: sexual, physical or emotional abuse, bad relationships, hostile work environments, and childhood events.
