I believe that we all want to feel heard and understood, and experience feeling whole. These longings are inherent to the human experience. My journey as a social worker started when I was in my 20’s and I have spent much of my life in the helper role. Personally/professionally, I have met all kinds of people, and experienced many circumstances, which have led me to develop strong therapeutic connections with individuals and families. I am non-judgmental and strength-focused, which allows for a safe space during therapy.

Due to the current health climate, phone and video sessions are available. Seeking help can often be overwhelming. This process is one that should be based on relationships. The person must be someone willing to walk with you in a way that is trusting and respectful. These are attributes I strive to maintain in my day to day life.

My name is Megan and I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor (soon to be LPC!) with years of clinical and lived experience.
