I am a clinical social worker, and owner of Roque Mental Health Counseling, LLC. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, and familial difficulties. My goal is to help each person I meet with to recognize their strengths and help them to advocate for their needs effectively. I spend time building a positive relationship with everyone I work with, my top priority is your positive experience and feeling of safety. My journey as a social worker started when I was in my 20’s and I have spent much of my life in the helper role. Personally/professionally, I have met all kinds of people, and experienced many circumstances, which have led me to develop strong therapeutic connections with individuals and families.
