My specialties include working with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with opposition, conduct disorders, anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. I have been working in the counseling field with groups, individuals and families since 2009. I am truly kind and patient in my approach to working with my clients.
I am also a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor, and am experienced in family work; particularly with parents striving to better emotionally connect with their difficult adolescent or teen. In addition to counseling, I also help you focus on your health by incorporating exercise and nutritional insights into the therapy practice.
