I have experience working with clients of all ages, utilizing individual, couples and family therapy. I work with clients to overcome issues such as anxiety, depression, school refusal, PTSD, stress, panic attacks, grief and loss, substance abuse issues and other social, emotional concerns.
I follow a strengths based, solution focused approach in order to help the client gain understanding of their diagnosis and then work together towards building a useful set of strategies to overcome any hurdles. I utilize talk therapy and borrow from both CBT and DBT to help foster change.
