When life becomes overwhelming, many people experience anxiety and depression, often feeling stuck and unable to move forward. I offer a safe and compassionate environment where you can begin to heal. No matter what challenge you are facing, we will work together to create and sustain positive change in your life.
My approach is holistic including mind, body and spirit. I use a variety of evidence-based modalities as well as adjuncts to talk therapy including guided meditations and creative activities. Together we will find what works best for you.
I have experience in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, with suicide survivors as an area focus. I have also worked with substance use disorders, domestic violence and sexual assault.
