I bring more than 30 years of professional experience. My approach is integrative and includes relational psychodynamic therapy, cognitive therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions which connect mind, body, and emotion.
In addition to my therapy practice, I've taught and supervised Rutgers Clinical psychology doctoral students, postgraduate candidates at the Center for Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis of NJ, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and related techniques to individuals in the community and professionals.
