As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that all of life is relational, whether that is within or outside with family, friends, society.
I want to work with you to find your power and worth, and participate in whole living. My passion is providing an open and non-judgmental space for all the thoughts, feelings, and hurts. I can offer you sanctuary, grace, hope and guidance as you move towards growth and healing. I believe wholeheartedly in the sacredness of this therapeutic process.

Staring Monday, October 23: Therapy 101 group that will focus on coping skills, green/yellow/red flags, fear vs foundation, our nervous systems, vagal toning, emotional regulation, and much more! Join us for this 6 week in person group. Total cost for 6 weeks is $300. Each week will build on the previous week.

Intro to the Chakras
Join us on Tuesday's for a 7 week group series on our Chakras. Each week we will focus on a specific chakra, participate in group meditation, and have option to receive Reiki to clear and balance. Cost is $350 for full 7 weeks.
