I am a Licensed Master Social Worker specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, relationship issues, and more. I am also passionate about helping parents understand and interpret their children’s behavior. I have daytime and evening openings to work with clients of all ages and especially enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, parents, couples, and families.

We are a counseling practice that serves both adults and children. We offer individual, family, and couples therapy. It is an honor to have numerous therapists on staff with a variety of specialties and experiences. We currently have immediate openings for daytime, evening and weekends with both our provisional therapists and our Stepping Stones therapists (Interns). That is why I practice mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing (MI), cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT), eye-movement, desensitization, and reprocessing (EMDR).

I offer counseling to anyone over the age of 18. My goal is to provide a space where you can share your experiences and feel heard. My ideal client is someone who is wanting to be the best version of themselves and who is willing to put in the work to get there, but perhaps is feeling a little stuck. If that's the case, I will gladly join you, helping you to process your emotions, identify your goals, and understand how to keep moving forward in your journey. I will provide a safe space for you to be authentically you, and I will encourage you, help guide you, and be transparent with you during the process.

I have extensive training in trauma, addiction, depression and anxiety, as well as stress and adjustment. I address the whole person in treatment planning. Individuals that work with me are empowered and encourages to meet their selected goal to achieve balance in their lives. We work together to form goals and I help you navigate the journey to wellness. We will use the body as a resource, as well as art, movement and poetry if a person chooses.This is a veteran owned business. I served 27 years in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman (Medic), I work with first Responders and thrir families, veterans and MST.

I was born and raised in St. Louis, & obtained my undergraduate degree with honors in Counseling and Education followed by a Master of Arts in Counseling for Licensure in Professional Counseling from MBU. I utilize empirically proven interventions (such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT) interwoven with compassionate wisdom for the therapeutic goal of coming alongside you in your unique journey and extending the opportunity and hope for healing & growth through the situation you find yourself in. I work with people who have trouble regulating emotion. I am skilled in several different types of therapy, however, I have a significant amount of advanced training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Gottman Method couples therapy. I tend to work with people who are experiencing depression, suicidal ideation, self harming behavior, trauma and anxiety. I focus on providing Autism assessments, ADHD assessment and treatment, clinical supervision and marathon therapy. I'm based in LSL now and offer telehealth for people located in Montana. Now enrolling new members for adult and teen DBT groups starting in June!

Our patients are individuals, couples or groups who have been struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorder and other behavioral challenges that have made ordinary day to day functioning impossible or extremely difficult. Through evidence-based clinical mental health therapy that includes EMDR, CBT, DBT, and SFBT, we assess, and diagnose individuals, couples and groups providing evidenced-based treatment plans.

I have experience working with teenagers, college students, and adults in outpatient and residential settings. I have counseled adopted individuals and their families, those struggling with substance use, and those combating the symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, and feelings of isolation. I also have a deep connection to counseling members of the LGBTQ+ community and addressing the unique lived experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals.
