We are a counseling practice that serves both adults and children. We offer individual, family, and couples therapy. It is an honor to have numerous therapists on staff with a variety of specialties and experiences. We currently have immediate openings for daytime, evening and weekends with both our provisional therapists and our Stepping Stones therapists (Interns). Our ultimate goal is to help you find a good fit.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Missouri with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups with a wide variety of presenting concerns. I have experience working in outpatient settings, residential treatment programs, psychiatric rehabilitation centers, and as an adjunct professor for the University of Missouri.

We all can feel trapped, paralyzed or stuck from time to time. Whether it's a relationship, school, career, adoption, challenges with trauma, depression, anxiety, or substance use, we can find ourselves repeating the same patterns. I work with individuals, families and groups to help them understand the patterns of their lives and how to move beyond the challenges. My focus is in building families and changing lives. I believe that the major factor in successful therapy is developing a relationship that feels comfortable and safe. Trust is essential and I emphasize the importance of openness and cooperation.
