I am a Licensed Master Social Worker specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, OCD, relationship issues, and more. I am also passionate about helping parents understand and interpret their children’s behavior. I have daytime and evening openings to work with clients of all ages and especially enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, parents, couples, and families.

I can provide counseling from a Christian perspective and also offer therapy from a non Christian focus. My practice centers on dealing with Life's issues in general while also having a focus on trauma. Not only is there a concentration on individuals, the scope of my practice also includes marriage and relationship counseling, family counseling, and even group therapy. Overall, I promote building self esteem and treating all clients with value and dignity no matter your background, lifestyle, culture or ethnicity. There is also a focus on helping clients overcome mistakes and poor choices. Finally, "Rapha" means "to heal."

Hi. I am a licensed doctoral level psychologist. A “good fit" between the therapist and client is the launching pad for making long-lasting change. Having someone who can provide an objective, supportive, and non-judgmental environment is helpful when life gets challenging! For the past 20+ years, I have treated tweens and teens, adults, and parents using insight, cognitive behavioral, and trauma informed approaches. As a certified trauma therapist, I believe it is my privilege to work through these emotions with my clients to provide hope and work together toward healing. I have learned that no one is immune to mental health stress, trauma, OR substance abuse. Most really can find recovery and wellness. In 2000, I began my career providing counseling services in a treatment center and have continued to specialize in coping methods vs. "using." Relationships are sacred. I work with all arrangements of families (CNM & polyamory). Expert family/couples counseling requires expert training. The Gottman Method is taught in three levels and I completed all three in 2017. My intensive couples approach is successful in improving communication and provides many tools and results in a reasonable time frame.
