My specialties include: couples counseling, adolescent issues, depression, anxiety, and life coaching. I am an empathetic and compassionate counselor who understands emotional difficulties and the challenge of balancing personal needs, family, and career.
Many of the couples I work with restore and preserve their relationship. I also enjoy walking with individual clients as they heal from trauma or abuse. My clients have often broken free from addictive behavior with my support. I am the Clinical Director of New Beginnings Counseling located in Creve Coeur, MO just east of highway 270 near Olive Road.
