I typically work with adults (over 35 and often older folks above the age of 60) of various races & ethnicities, genders & sexualities, religions & spiritualities. All are welcome. Jungian analysis is a journey of profound self-discovery. It may be that the depths of the psyche ask for a different life experience! Symptoms like depression, anxiety, relationship / sexuality issues can begin the exploration of what a more meaningful & interesting life might look like. I am passionate about helping individuals through various aspects of self-discovery and growth, including, identity exploration, addressing religious trauma, navigating life transitions, understanding attachment dynamics, and fostering healthy relationships.

Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from family or loved ones, hopeless about the future, or like they’re struggling to make decisions or meaningful change. They may be uncertain of how to start the process of change or healing, though they’re ready for growth and understanding.

I support people who are marginalized by society. I work with LGBTQIA+ individuals, people in ethically non-monogamous relationships, those of alternative faiths, and more. I help with issues related to the realm of sexuality and relationships, self discovery, and trauma processing. I help others find comfort in their authentic expression of themselves and overcome or cope with things which may be holding them back.

Finding a therapist can be hard, especially when you feel like no one really "gets" you. I'm hoping that's where I come in- I am a queer, autistic therapist passionate about working with other LGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent people that may struggle to find the right therapist for them, or who have felt unheard or invalidated by other mental health professionals. Most of us aren't really sure why we think what we do about ourselves, where our insecurities have come from, and sometimes whether or not anything in our lives, now or previously, really rises to the level of trauma. After all, they have a loving family and a good support system, so it "doesn't really make sense to complain".
