I believe that we do not always have control over our circumstances, but we do have a choice in how we handle our circumstances. I encourage clients to focus on their strengths. Allowing a safe platform to vent and learn how to use healthy ways to manage depression, anxiety, stress, life's unexpected changes, losses, codependency and relationship/family struggles. I have worked with many woman regarding pregnancy issues, loss, post-partum, relationship issues and work/life balance. In addition, I've worked with men regarding relationship issues, work stress, family dynamics, and loss.
I am also a Certified Mediator. I help couples mediate divorces and paternity cases. If a couple is able to compromise, mediation can be a very successful choice and much less expensive.
I am goal oriented and focus on self empowerment! I focus on helping clients set boundaries, be assertive, and be accountable for their actions and emotions.
