Clients come to me for deeper understanding of themselves. Often, the process involved is about looking at all of the puzzle pieces and fitting them together to create more clarity and expansion. I work with individuals and couples to help them discover their greatest assets and work through areas of growth in a compassionate manner. In couples work, I offer couples assessments to gain perspective on issues as well as workbooks and tools for conflict resolution and better communication. I especially appreciate working with premarital couples who are wanting to set a sturdy foundation for marriage in premarital counseling.

I value neurodiversity, celebrate uniqueness and understand the challenges of feeling like an outsider. I specialize in providing support for those who identify as: autistic, quirky, nerdy, introverted, highly-sensitive, or with ADHD, along with supporting their loved ones. My passion also extends to working with people of color, individuals with multiple minority identities, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Ms. Kientzle (she/they), MA NCC LPC CCTP, RYT, EDMR-I, has been practicing as a licensed professional counselor for over 12 years in the St. Louis Metro area. Her areas of focus are trauma, pediatrics, and working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Ms. Kientzle is especially passionate about assisting transgender clients navigate gender-affirming therapies and helping people achieve their full potential. Modalities: Art Therapy, yoga therapy, EMDR, and trauma-focused approaches are utilized both in-person and via telehealth.
