Though not a veteran myself, I was an Air Force "brat" and know how hard it is to be up-rooted every 2 years. I have traveled widely and appreciate cultural diversity. I also offer traditional talk therapies designed for clients to develop solution-focused ideas to their own concerns as the goal is for each client to become their own best expert.

I am a clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience in various settings, currently working exclusively with adults in individual therapy. My primary orientation is psychodynamic, which means that I help clients look at current symptoms and relationship problems as manifestations of patterns - often outside of our awareness - that we learn in childhood. Often this learning leads us to suppress important parts of ourselves and our experiences, which in turn leads to suffering.
