I have extensive training in couples counseling and parenting work. I have over 26 years of experience helping people with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, sexual issues, chronic illness, work issues, friendships, etc. I believe in continuing to grow and learn so that I may be of the most benefit to my clients. I work in an inter-actional, relational framework with people from 17 to 100 as individuals, couples, and families.
My goal is to assist people find their own inner strengths so that they may live rich, authentic, fulfilling lives. My commitment is to honor your personal experience,and support you as you become the person you want to be.
